Roosevelt Brown, a 55-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on December 4, 1982, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at 862 Cleveland Avenue, a commercial building in the city. Brown was shot twice during a robbery, suffering fatal gunshot wounds that ultimately led to his death. The attack was sudden and violent, leaving little chance for intervention or escape.
