Phillip H. Bussell, aged 46, was the victim of a homicide on September 21, 1985, in Dayton, Ohio. The incident occurred in Montgomery County, where Bussell was shot inside his antique shop located on East Third Street. The Dayton Police Department was responsible for the investigation, but despite efforts, the case remains unsolved.
