On August 4, 1988, Fred Kelly, a 53-year-old man, was fatally shot in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at 484 Seymour Avenue, and Kelly suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach. He was transported to St. Anthony's Hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
