Fredrick Flood, a 26-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was tragically killed on February 21, 1990. On that day, Flood was found at 1121 E. 15th Avenue in Columbus with three gunshot wounds to his neck and head. The incident occurred in Franklin County, and the investigation into his death has remained open for over three decades, with no arrests made. The Columbus Police Department handled the initial response, but the case remains unsolved and is listed among Ohio's cold cases.
