On September 26, 1992, John McCulley, aged 34, went missing in Bazetta Township, Ohio. He was last seen after failing to keep several scheduled appointments, prompting concern from his girlfriend. McCulley worked as the manager of All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta, and after he did not return home from work, a search began. His vehicle was found at the cemetery, but there were no signs of McCulley himself.
