On October 20, 1992, 18-year-old Quami Cook was tragically killed in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at 860 North Cassady Avenue, and involved Cook being shot in the back. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Cook with fatal injuries, and he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter. The exact circumstances that led to the shooting remain unclear, and law enforcement authorities have had limited success in gathering leads on the case since it happened.
