Richard Mincher, a 25-year-old resident of Hamilton, Ohio, was killed on August 20, 1993, at the location of 3108 Dixie Highway. The incident began with Mincher getting into an altercation at a local bar, which was eventually broken up. Approximately an hour after the fight, a single gunshot was heard coming from the back door area of the bar. Mincher was struck by the bullet and subsequently collapsed from his wounds.
