On June 3, 2015, 29-year-old Anthony Gerald Broadus Jr. was found suffering from a gunshot wound on the sidewalk in the 600 block of East Avenue in Hamilton, Ohio. The incident occurred around 10:23 p.m. when Hamilton Police officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area. Upon their arrival, they discovered Anthony lying unresponsive. Despite efforts, he succumbed to his injuries shortly afterward.
