On September 15, 1993, Michael Madison, a 26-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was tragically shot in front of 377 North Monroe Street. He sustained a gunshot wound to the torso, which led to his death. The incident took place in Franklin County, and despite investigations conducted by the Columbus Police Department, the case remains unsolved.
