On December 30, 1991, Dwayne Galloway, a 29-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was tragically found dead in his apartment located at 1157 E. Mound Street. Galloway had suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, around 4:50 A.M., and law enforcement responded to the scene shortly thereafter.
Despite investigations by the Columbus Police Department, Dwayne Galloway's death remains an unsolved homicide.
His case has since been included in the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation’s (BCI) database of unsolved homicides. The BCI, in collaboration with local law enforcement, continues to highlight this case in hopes of generating new leads. They are seeking any information from the public that might assist in identifying those responsible and ultimately bring justice to Galloway's family.
The authorities have urged anyone with information related to this case to submit a tip, as they believe that even small details could make a significant difference in solving the homicide.
