On December 30, 1991, Dwayne Galloway, a 29-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was tragically found dead in his apartment located at 1157 E. Mound Street. Galloway had suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, around 4:50 A.M., and law enforcement responded to the scene shortly thereafter.
