Leiland Eugene "Buster" Cannon, aged 74, was found murdered in his home in East Fultonham, Ohio, on the morning of January 13, 2000. Cannon lived alone in the quiet village of East Fultonham, located in the southwestern part of Muskingum County. He was well-known and loved in the community, where he lived a peaceful life until his untimely death.
