Brandon Evans, a 20-year-old originally from San Diego, was killed on November 29, 2008, during an outing to Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. Evans had recently moved to San Francisco to pursue his interest in music and education, and was attending a social gathering at the horseshoe pits near the Conservatory of Flowers. Approximately 100 people were gathered at the park, enjoying live music and drinking, when shots were fired, and Evans was struck by a long-range bullet. He died while being ...Read More
