On April 7, 2008, Tiana Goins, an 18-year-old from Columbus, Ohio, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on Cordell Avenue, in the South Linden neighborhood of Columbus. The incident occurred around 10:13 p.m., when Tiana was sitting on the hood of a parked car along with her cousin, boyfriend, and another friend.
