On May 18, 2008, Robert Gisentaner, aged 37, was shot outside his home at 1017 Winton Avenue in Akron, Ohio. The incident occurred shortly before 10:00 p.m., and the suspect or suspects involved remain unknown. The Akron Police Department took the lead in investigating the homicide, but despite their efforts, no significant leads have been reported publicly.
