Carlos R. Jacobs, a 22-year-old male, was killed on November 6, 2008, in Columbus, Ohio. That evening, police officers were dispatched to the scene following reports of a disturbance involving gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Jacobs with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
