On January 1, 2009, Jimmie Tushon Patterson, a 23-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, was shot and killed during a family New Year's Eve party. The incident occurred at 800 W. 8th Street in Cincinnati. The circumstances around the shooting are not fully clear, and despite investigations, no suspects have been identified, and the case remains unsolved.
