Death by Force

On June 22, 2010, Alvin K. Beverette, a 28-year-old man, was shot and killed in front of a crowd of people on Wedgewood Drive, located on the southwest side of Columbus, Ohio. The shooting took place around 1:30 a.m., with several people reportedly present in the area when multiple shots were fired. Beverette was shot multiple times in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene when emergency responders arrived.
