On July 13, 2010, Jack Burgoon, a 62-year-old businessman from Mount Sterling, Ohio, was shot and killed in his own driveway as he prepared to leave for work at Allied Fabricating and Welding, where he served as president. The attack occurred early in the morning, and Burgoon was found with multiple gunshot wounds.
