Theodore Holder, a 33-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically killed on July 7, 2011. He was shot at 2564 Seegar Avenue in Cincinnati, and his death was ruled a homicide. The incident took place in the North Fairmount neighborhood, an area that has experienced incidents of violence in the past.
