On December 13, 2011, Donald Golden, a 63-year-old male, was shot and killed in Akron, Ohio. The incident took place around 7:00 a.m. at a residence located at 829 Mercer Avenue, where Donald had been visiting a friend named Sara Scott. Both Golden and Scott were found shot to death inside the home, and the circumstances of the shooting led to their deaths being classified as a double homicide.
