Walter Doucet, a 67-year-old resident of Akron, Ohio, was found dead on September 24, 1960. His body was discovered in the enclosed front porch of his residence located at 1540 Grand Park Avenue, Akron. Doucet had been fatally stabbed, and law enforcement authorities from the Akron Police Department were called to investigate the scene.
