Angelo Jones Jr., a 29-year-old African American male from Akron, Ohio, was shot and killed on June 3, 2012. The incident occurred in East Akron near the 1100 block of Tarson Terrace at approximately 4:45 p.m. Jones was struck in the abdomen by gunfire while walking in the area.
