A young man is fatally shot while walking
On April 1, 2018, 18-year-old Lonnie Blue Jr. was tragically shot and killed in Akron, Ohio. The incident occurred around 3:50 p.m. as Lonnie was walking near 918 Snyder Street. He was pronounced dead shortly thereafter, and the Akron Police Department has since been investigating the case. Despite ongoing efforts, no suspects have been identified, and the homicide remains unsolved.
