On December 4, 2012, 27-year-old Adrian Battle was killed in Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place inside the Fiesta Paradise Bar & Grill located on Channingway Boulevard on the east side of the city. According to reports, a fight had broken out among women in the bar, and when Battle approached them to see what was happening, he was struck in the head with a pool ball. Tragically, Battle succumbed to his injuries a few hours later, turning what started as a bar dispute into a fatal encounter.
