On August 11, 2013, Jennifer Cooke, a 35-year-old resident of Grandview Heights, Ohio, was found murdered in her apartment on Woodhill Drive. Her body was discovered by police officers who were conducting a wellness check after family members reported that they had not heard from her. Upon arrival, officers found an unsecured door and Cooke inside with multiple stab wounds. The investigation into her murder has remained ongoing, and the case remains unsolved to this day.
