On the evening of January 23, 2014, Rudolph Calmese Jr., an 18-year-old young man, was found lying outside of his car near the intersection of Stanwood Road and Delmar Drive in Bexley, Ohio. Responding to reports of a shooting at approximately 9:08 PM, officers from both Bexley Police and Columbus Police discovered Rudolph suffering from two gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to the hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries on January 24, 2014.
