A young man is fatally shot near a playground
On February 25, 2018, Martell Williams, age 22, was shot and killed near the playground area of the Stonegate Place apartment complex in Warren, Ohio. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at 1220 Roberts Avenue. Evidence suggests that Martell was ambushed by several suspects who were aware of his location and had possibly been in another resident's apartment before the attack.
