On May 10, 2014, Jason Demaine Dukes, a 33-year-old African-American male, was fatally shot outside the Kumasi Motorcycle Club in Cincinnati's West End neighborhood. The incident occurred around 4 a.m. Officers nearby heard gunfire and responded to the scene, where they found Jason Dukes with a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to UC Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.
