On February 7, 2017, Twanda D. Alexander, 42, was found shot in the 1700 block of Crest Hill Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred around 7:45 p.m., and District Four officers responded to a call reporting a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Twanda suffering from a gunshot wound. She was later pronounced dead on the scene.
