On November 7, 2017, 30-year-old Tray Lee Bays was found deceased at his residence in Columbus, Ohio. At approximately 10:33 a.m., Columbus Police Department officers and emergency medical services were dispatched to a call regarding an unresponsive male at 565 E. 2nd Avenue.
