On August 6, 2005, 20-year-old Jose Luis Valle was shot and killed during a violent incident at 3201 Eastwood Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. Valle, along with two other victims, Immanuel Lamar Green and Shemica Baker, were found at the scene suffering from gunshot wounds. Both Valle and Baker were pronounced dead at the scene, while Green was taken to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
