Celso Julian Pozadas-Huerta, a 22-year-old from Charlotte, North Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on March 25, 2007. The incident took place in the parking lot of Mi Cabana Bar & Billiards, located on Eastway Drive. Huerta's death was one of many homicides in Charlotte during a violent year that saw a total of 74 murders in the city.
