A late summer evening in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, turned tragic on August 26, 2026, ending in the violent death of 46-year-old Christina Hammers. The events unfolded just after 11:30 p.m. at a Murphy USA gas station on Mayport Drive in the Surfside Beach area.
