In the late summer of 2026, the life of Branden J. Bland, a 39-year-old man from Dayton, Ohio, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of Wednesday, August 12th, Dayton police responded to a call in the 4100 block of Sylvan Drive. There, they discovered Mr. Bland inside a vehicle, the victim of a fatal shooting. The Montgomery County Coroner's Office later confirmed his identity and that he had died from a gunshot wound.
