A wave of sorrow swept through Niagara Falls, New York, in the early hours of July 5, 2026, when 19-year-old Jayla Brown was tragically killed. The incident occurred at approximately 1:00 a.m. near the intersection of Highland Avenue and Fairfield Avenue, where a large party was taking place.
