Jenna was identified in court records and local reporting as one of three people killed that evening, along with her mother, 70-year-old Mary Beth Overson, and 16-year-old Kobyn McClure. Authorities said Sandy police officers and Clackamas County deputies responded at about 4 p.m. to reports of a domestic disturbance and possible shooting. When officers arrived, they came under fire. Sandy Police Sergeant Garrett Thornton was shot multiple times and airlifted to a Portland hospital.
