In the early morning hours of May 2, 2026, a fatal altercation unfolded in the parking lot of Magoo's Sports & Spirits, a bar located on Waccamaw Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The incident resulted in the shooting of two individuals, one of whom was 41-year-old Dannie Pigotte of Shallotte, North Carolina.
