In the summer of 1988, the community of Saratoga Springs, New York, was shaken by the tragic death of 28-year-old Pamela Ann Devizzio. A waitress at Mangino's Restaurant, she was a familiar face in the city's vibrant nightlife. The last time she was seen alive was in the early morning hours of July 5th, leaving a bar on Caroline Street by herself. When she failed to show up for her shift and couldn't be reached, her concerned father reported her missing to the Saratoga Springs Police.
