Pamela Ann Devizzio, a 28-year-old waitress from Saratoga Springs, New York, was found brutally murdered on July 6, 1988. Her body was discovered in a ditch along Putnam Road in Northumberland by a passing truck driver. Devizzio had been reported missing the day before, after she failed to show up for work at Mangino’s Restaurant and her father, Tony Devizzio, was unable to reach her.
