Mitzi Flournoy, a 57-year-old White/Caucasian woman from Anacortes, Washington, died on March 10, 2026, after she was shot multiple times inside a residence in the 1400 block of K Avenue. Police were sent to the home at approximately 6:24 a.m. after receiving a gunshot-related 911 call. When officers arrived, they found Flournoy and a man dead inside the residence, both with apparent gunshot wounds.
