Brad Daniels, a 31-year-old from Buffalo, New York, was fatally shot in February 2012. His death was linked to a drug-related conspiracy involving the sale of cocaine and crack cocaine in and around the Perry Housing projects.
Taire Chaney, a 28-year-old from Buffalo, pleaded guilty in US District Court to conspiring to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and crack cocaine. As part of his plea, Chaney admitted that Brad Daniels was shot and killed as a result of this conspiracy. ...Read More
