On the morning of December 1, 2025, a violent and fatal encounter occurred at the Summerset Apartments in Melbourne, Florida. Ricardo Rodriguez, a 58-year-old male, was heading to his vehicle around 6:00 a.m. to leave for work when he was approached by a stranger in the parking lot.
