David Laguerre, 27, was tragically killed in a shooting on September 21, 2014, in Buffalo, New York. Laguerre and another man, Gary Hooser, were shot outside on Butler Avenue. The double homicide shocked the community and remains under investigation, with no known arrests as of recent reports. The year 2014 saw a significant increase in violence in Buffalo, with a total of 62 homicides, many of which, including Laguerre’s, remain unsolved.
