Christopher Levi Chaney, 37, male, was found dead from gunshot wounds on the morning of Saturday, October 25, 2025, at a home in southern Pierce County, Georgia. Deputies responded to a 911 call around 10 a.m. and discovered Chaney and his father, 64-year-old Virgil Lester Chaney, both deceased at the scene. Obituary notices published locally listed Christopher’s residence as Blackshear and recorded his date of death as October 25, 2025.
