A quiet Sunday afternoon in North Augusta, South Carolina, turned tragic, leaving a beloved community member's life cut short in a senseless act of violence. Jewel Harden, a 76-year-old woman from Hephzibah, Georgia, had just left church services and made a stop at the Sprint gas station on Edgefield Road. It was there that her life, along with that of another individual, came to an abrupt and violent end.
