Nubia Bravo, 26, a white woman from Donna, Texas, died on October 15, 2025, after she was shot outside Neni’s Childcare #2 on Stites Road, where she worked. According to the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office, Bravo drew her estranged husband, 41-year-old Saul Esquivel, away from the children inside the facility; he then shot her and turned the gun on himself.
