Just before dawn on October 15, 2025, deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office were sent to the 900 block of South G Street in Lake Worth Beach after reports of gunfire. They found two men shot dead at the scene. One of the victims was identified as Anderson T. Arthur, a 29-year-old male from Boynton Beach. The other victim was identified as 20-year-old Franck Jeune of Greenacres. Detectives said the men were known to each other and emphasized that the attack did not appear to be random.
The shooting happened a little before 4 a.m., in a residential area just south of 10th Avenue South. Responding PBSO units secured the scene while the Violent Crimes Division began canvassing for evidence and witnesses. Authorities urged anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers, a plea that underscored how early the investigation still was in its search for leads.
By the following day, officials publicly released the victims’ names and hometowns but did not share further details about a motive.
