Anthony Lee Guthman, 23, male, died in the early hours of October 16, 2025 after deputies found him unresponsive in the driver’s seat of a vehicle that had left the roadway and struck a tree along 19257 State Route 57 in Grafton Township. Lorain County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched at approximately 12:26 a.m., forced entry into the vehicle to begin life-saving measures, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
