Ronny Hammonds, 57, male, White/Caucasian, was killed in Mabank, Texas, on October 17, 2025. He was one of three people fatally shot in the Cedar Creek Cove subdivision during the early morning hours, an attack that also left two others wounded. Authorities and memorial listings identified the victims as Hammonds, Kimberly Simpson, and Connie Patrick, with the shootings reported to have begun around 2:30 a.m.
