In the summer of 2010, the life of a 58-year-old Hispanic/Latino man named Bill Valdez came to a tragic and mysterious end in Albuquerque, New Mexico. On July 28th, Valdez was killed in what authorities would classify as a homicide. The incident took place at 10354 Heron Rd SW, a location that would become the center of a lingering cold case.
