In the early hours of Wednesday, November 25, 2015, a dispute between neighbors in Albuquerque, New Mexico, turned fatal, leaving one man dead and another a fugitive from the law. The victim was identified as Manuel Puentes, a 29-year-old Hispanic male. The tragic events unfolded on the 400 block of Arizona Street Southeast, where Puentes lived.
